Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha ........ 2/31.10.2012 Anticipatory bail application filed by Rahul Bhagat @ Rahul Kumar Bhagat is moved by Sri Pramod Kumar Pankaj learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Ashok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner not named in the first information report. Impugned order reveals that he has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused made before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this anticipatory bail application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 09th of November 2012 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur in connection with Pakur (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 485 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Binit (Prashant Kumar, J.)
