JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --- For the Petitioner For the State 02/26.05.2026 --- : Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, Advocate : A.P.P. --- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026. The petitioner and other accused were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobiles and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2026 and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner.
