Petitioners have filed this writ application for quashing of the ex-parte Award dated 19.06.2006 passed by Shri Braj Kishore Pandey, learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Hazaribagh in M.J. Case No. 12 of 2005 (Annexure-9), directing the petitioners to pay to the Respondents / applicants unpaid wages for the period up-to 07.03.2003 during which they had actually worked. 3. As the impugned Award has been set aside in W.P (L) No. 3910 of 2008, this writ application is also allowed. The matter is remitted back to the learned Labour Court, Hazaribagh to consider the matter afresh in light of the direction passed in W.P (S) No. 3769 of 2001 and analogous cases.
