The petitioner is having grievance against the respondent no.5 and is complaining that a direction be issued to register the F.I.R. against the respondent no.5 who is a judicial officer. Nobody appears for the petitioner nor the petitioner has put in appearance. The remedy provided to the petitioner in law for lodging the F.I.R. and in case the F.I.R. is not lodged, then filing the complaint and seeking for sending it to the police for investing under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, therefore, this petition is not entertained as public interest litigation as the relief has been claimed by the petitioner is for himself.
