Learned defence counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to exercise his right before the learned court below as per the proviso of section 372 of the Cr.P.C. and in the light of the order passed by this court in Acquittal Appeal(SJ) No. 144 of 2019.
