The learned counsel for the petitioner (Bablu Kumar i n BA No. 2180 of 2024) has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, two -2- mobile phones, two ATM cards, one Aadhaar card and a pen-drive were recovered. The learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent that has been revealed in the counter-affidavit of the State. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner and has submitted that as per impugned order, mobile and other items were recovered from the petitioner and that the petitioner has confessed his crime. The learned counsel for the petitioner (Ashish Mandal in BA No. 2581 of 2024) has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, two mobile phones with three SIM cards, two Bank passbooks and one PAN card were recovered. The learned counsel has further submitted that recovered Bank passbooks and PAN card belong to the petitioner. The learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner and has submitted that the name of this petitioner has come via confession of other co-accused and that the petitioner has been apprehended with many other persons. The learned counsel for the petitioner (Banty Kumar i n BA No. 2593 of 2024) has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, one mobile phone without SIM card, one mobile phone with one SIM card, one Bank passbook, one Debit card, one PAN card and one Aadhaar card were recovered. The learned counsel has further submitted that recovered Bank passbook, Debit card, PAN card and Aadhaar card belong to the petitioner. The learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner and has submitted that several items were recovered from the petitioner and that the petitioner has confessed his crime. The learned counsel for the petitioner (Anil Kumar Mandal i n BA No. 2837 of 2024) has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, two mobile phones and three SIM cards were recovered. The learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner was apprehended with other accused and, therefore, he was indulged in cyber crime. The learned counsel for the petitioner (Ankit Kumar i n BA No. 2899 of 2024 ) has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, one mobile phone with three SIM cards and one Debit card were recovered. The learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent save and -3- except the present case. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner and has submitted that three SIM cards were recovered from the petitioner and that he has been apprehended with other accused persons. The learned counsel for the petitioner (Firoj Ansari i n BA No. 2974 of 2024 ) has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, two mobile phones, two ATM cards, one Aadhaar card and a pen-drive were recovered. The learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner. Having gone through the records of the cases and arguments in the facts and circumstances, present petitioners, named above, are ordered to be released on bail on executing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih, in connection with Giridih (Cyber) PS Case No. 02 of 2024, subject to the conditions that (i) the petitioners will submit self- attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Cards and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned Court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the Court (ii) the petitioners shall also remain present on each and every date of trial before the learned Court below unless dispensed with by the learned Court below and (iii) the petitioners shall report to the concerned police station on last Saturday of every month between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM in the next twelve month, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
