Considering the prayer, Title (M) Suit No. 83 of 2012 is recalled from the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro and it is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Singhbhum East at Jamshedpur. It is made clear that the Principal Judge Family Court, Singhbhum East at Jamshedpur, after receipt of the record shall issue notice to the parties so that they may appear and the court shall proceed with the trial. This transfer petition is thus allowed. Interim order passed by this Court stands vacated.
