Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State and have gone through the impugned order. The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 12 (1), (2), (3) & 13 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005 and Section 11(1) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960. The petitioner is owner-cum-driver of a commercial vehicle, which was allegedly transporting 100 bundles of skin of cow and buffalo. Counsel for the appellant submits that this petitioner is owner- cum-driver of the commercial vehicle, who has nothing to do with the seized material. 23.12.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken. Considering the fact that the petitioner is owner-cum-driver of the vehicle and he is in custody since 23.12.2021, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh in connection with Barlanga P.S.
