Mishra, Advocate For the State : Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, A.P.P --- 02/09.03.2022 Defect No.9(i) is ignored for the present. Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No.612 of 2019, registered under Sections 12 and 13 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughters Act, 2005 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, pending in the Court of Sri Manish Kumar Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. It is alleged that on 17.06.2019 at about 02:00 A.M., four persons were arrested while they were smuggling cattle. Arrested accused persons stated that petitioner used to take rangadari of Rs.80 per cattle from them. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he had indulged in smuggling of cattle. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of this case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka, or his successor, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No.612 of 2019. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rohit
