For the Petitioner For the State … : - Mr. Suraj Kumar, Advocate : - Mr. Amitabh, A.P.P. … 02/09.05.2013 Anticipatory bail application filed by Nimai Pradhan @ Nimai Chandra Pradhan, is moved by Sri Suraj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Amitabh, learned Additional P.P. for the State. Admittedly petitioner is maternal uncle of informant's husband. At paragraph no. 23 of the case diary, it is mentioned that the petitioner has strain relation with the step-mother of informant's husband and therefore he is not going to the house of informant's husband from last 2-3 years. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow the anticipatory bail application and direct petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 24.05.2013 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Porahat at Chaibasa, in connection with Chakardharpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 322 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. sunil/ ( Prashant Kumar, J.)
