05.09.2012: The petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 406/420 I.P.C. There is allegation against the co-accused Jagmohan Prasad Soni to have received the entire compensation amount of Rs. 25,31,100/- relating to the acquisition of land for road construction, but the share of the informant was not given. The allegation of receiving the money is not against these petitioners, rather it is specific against the other co-accused, namely, Jagmohan Prasad Soni. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2011 (G.R. Case No. 1696 of 2011), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. MK (D.N. Upadhyay, J.)
