The petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 498 A, 120 B/34 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It appears from the first information report that the informant was subjected to torture and treated with cruelty for want of cash of Rs. 2 lakhs and a motorcycle demanded in terms of dowry. Lastly, she was subjected to be driven out of her matrimonial home. It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law and they have been implicated with omnibus and general allegations of demand of dowry and torture. Learned counsel, appearing for the State has opposed the prayer. Considering the facts and circumstances couple with the matrimonial nature of the offence, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and if they do so, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Garima Mishra, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 723 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mukund/ ( D.N.Upadhyay, J.)
