Pandey, Advocate For the Applicant 05/Dated 04th July, 2022 --------------------------- Learned counsel for the petitioner, in course of argument, submits that during pendency of the instant application, an award has been passed and the same is also under question in this proceeding. This Court has raised the question of maintainability upon the learned counsel for the petitioner that after the award having been passed, whether the same can be looked into by this Court in exercise of power conferred under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He, upon such query, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this application with a liberty to search out the alternative remedy available. In view thereof, such leave is being granted. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Saurabh (Sujit Narayan Prasad, J.)
