The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar. For the Petitioner : For the State : ----- Sri. S.K.Sinha M/s Laxmi Murmu, A.P.P. ----- 02/31.10.2012. It is stated at paragraph no. 15 of the bail application that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full honour and dignity. Under the said circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the complainant as O.P. no.2. Issue notice to newly added O.P.No.2 for which requisites both by registered cover as also by ordinary process must be filed within one week, failing which this application as against concerned opposite party shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench. In the meantime, petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with C.P.Case no.39/2012 pending in the court of J.M.Ist class, Dhanbad. ( Prashant Kumar, J.) Raman/
