Considering the matter of compromise only for granting bail to the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Katras (Kapuria) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 4096 of 2012, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be local resident having immovable property within the jurisdiction of the District concern. Satayendra (Jaya Roy, J.)
