CMP(M) No.1799 of 2025 The instant application has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of appellant No.3 namely Pawan Kumar, who died during the pendency of the appeal. Since appellants No.1 and 2, who are the parents of the deceased, are already on record and only the name of appellant No.3 is to be deleted from the array of parties, in the interest of justice, the delay in filing the application is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of. CMP(M) No.1798 of 2025 The instant application has been filed under Order 22 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for bringing on record the legal heirs of appellant No.3. It has been averred in the application that appellant No.3 has died on 18.10.2021 when the appeal was pending adjudication before this Court. Since the deceased has left behind appellants No.1 and 2, who are his parents, the application is accordingly allowed and the name of appellant No.3 is deleted from the array of parties. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.24574 of 2025 The present application has been filed by the applicants/appellants for release of awarded amount in their favour. Notice. Mr. Sarthak Mehta, Advocate, appears and aceepts service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and prays for a week’s time to seek instructions in the matter. The appeal preferred by the applicants/appellants has partly been allowed on 08.04.2024.
