For the respondents : Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge : Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate. (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following relief:- “I. Writ of mandamus be issued by directing the respondent Corporation to release the accumulated interest on DCRG death cum retirement gratuity and leave encashment in favour of petitioner during the period commences between his superannuation i.e.
1.10.2011 and till the time the DCRG and leave encashment credited into the account of the petitioner 2019/2020, as the deceased husband of the petitioner was Hon'ble acquittal by the criminal court in FIR No. 173/07 registered at police station Barmana for offence committed under the provision of section 279, 337 and 304 A of IPC.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2
#2. The Court stands informed that during the pendency of this petition, the emoluments, which the petitioner was claiming, stand released to him.
#3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the only issue which now needs redressal is the payment of statutory interest on the delayed payments of DCRG and leave encashment.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the statutory interest, if any, on account of delayed payment of DCRG and leave encashment to him, be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, if found entitled to.
