Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:-

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this petition may kindly be allowed and the divorce case filed by the petitioner under section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 pending before the court of Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Hamirpur, District Hamirpur, H.P. titled as Pooja Devi versus Rishu registration no ΗΜΑ/367/2024 with CNR may No.HPHA010029912024 kindly be transferred to the Court of Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghumarwin District Bilaspur, H.P.in the interest of justice.
