Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 1415 of 2026 on 24.02.2026.
#2. This Court had issued notice to the respondent on
27.07.2026, whereby learned Additional Advocate General was directed to have current instructions in the matter.
#3. Today, learned Additional Advocate General has placed record the office order dated 14.07.2026, whereby representation of the present petitioner has been considered and rejected. Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2-
#4. Faced with the situation, learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that he will assail the said order before the competent Court of law and as such, the present petition can be closed.
