Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 1341 of 2026 on 24.02.2026.
#2. This Court had issued notice to the respondent on
28.07.2026 and learned Additional Advocate General was directed to have current instruction in the matter.

Today, the learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the office order dated 29.07.2026, whereby the representation as filed by the present petitioner has been considered Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- and allowed and the grievances of the present petitioner stand redressed.
#4. Faced with this situation, learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition can be closed as the judgment stands duly complied with.
