CMP No.18879 of 2026 Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of office letter dated 29.05.2026 in form of computation of remaining benefits paid to the petitioner in terms of the judgment in question and copy of the decision rendered in CMP(M) No.182/2026 in Review Petition No.25/2026 (HRTC & Ors. Versus Jeet Singh), decided on 06.04.2026. Learned counsel submits that all benefits admissible to the petitioner in terms of the judgment in question as also the judgment passed in the review petition stand paid to the petitioner.
