The instant petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of time of the mandate of the Arbitrator.
From the averments made in the petition, I am fully satisfied that the petitioner has been pursuing his case honestly, 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 ( 2025:HHC:9544 ) diligently and sincerely by taking all necessary and requisite steps for the progress of the case and has not sought any un-necessary adjournments.
