(Oral) The petitioner seeks inter-District transfer. It is pointed out that he is aged 56 as of now and only two years left to retire from service. It is also pointed out that he is the only son in the family and is a widower.

There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into all these aspects and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, equity and justice, within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent.
