EMP No.4 of 2025 Notice. Ms. Anubhuti Sharma, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Issue notice to respondents No.2 to 6, returnable for 24.09.2025, on taking steps within one week. Notice in accordance with the provisions of Section 109 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, be also published in the Official Gazette in the interregnum. Requisite steps be taken by the petitioner within two weeks. Learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that he is under instructions to state that respondent No.1 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 has no objection for allowing this application moved by the petitioner under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking withdrawal of the election petition. List on 24.09.2025.
