Heard Mr.S.Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Anandha Raj, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.
By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner states that he has made a representation on18.02.2011 to the Tahsildar to grant patta in respect of the land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2mentioned above and the acknowledgment card is also enclosed in the typed set of papers.
The learned Government Advocate states that the authority will make a proper enquiry into the matter and do the needful as per law.
Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.02.2011 and dispose of the same, if it is not already disposed of, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion about the merits of the petitioner's claim and the Authorityshall dispose the same on its own merits.
