The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition fora Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass theorders on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 23.09.2010seeking approval of appointment of Mrs.A.Uvani as a B.T. AssistantHistory with effect from 01.06.20093. It is the case of the petitioner that though a representationhas been sent to the first respondent for approving the appointmentof Mrs.A.Uvani as B.T. Assistant History with effect from 01.06.2009, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, thepetitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for therelief stated earlier.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, I direct thefirst respondent to consider the representation of the petitionerdated 23.09.2010 and pass orders at the earliest, in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy ofthis order.
