Considering the limited scope of the writ petition coupled with the fact that the representations of the petitioner dated01.04.2011 and 31.05.2011 are yet to be disposed of, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the said representations and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2011 is closed. No costs.
