In the said order it is clearly stated that if the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner can file appeal before the RevenueDivisional Officer within 30 days. The said appeal is provided under the statutory provision viz., Patta Passbook Act, 1983.3.Since the impugned order is an appealable order, the writ petition cannot be entertained. Consequently the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal, within aperiod of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Nocosts. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
