For Petitioner :M/s.V.Muthuvelan For Respondents :Mr.C.SelvarajORDERThe petitioner has come to this Court by filing the present WritPetition for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the the first andsecond respondents to pass order on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.08.2009 and 13.02.2009 addressed to the first and secondrespondents respectively and consequently to direct them to pay thepetitioner, pension and other terminal benefits with effect from14.05.1988 to till date.2. The petitioner was terminated from service of the respondents onthe ground of misconduct and also for unauthorised absence from servicein the year 1988. But the said order has not been till date challenged bythe petitioner.
