By G.O.(D).No.677, Health and Family Welfare (D2) Department dated 29.05.2007, he has been placedunder suspension. It has been submitted by the learned counsel forthe petitioner that out of four cases, in which charges were framed, the respondent had already dropped the charges in one of the cases. But in respect of three other cases, the enquiry proceedings havecome to an end and the Government have to pass a final orders. Undersuch circumstances, he has made out an application dated 11.11.2011,with the prayer to disburse 60% of his pay commission arrears ofRs.43,709/-, that has been credited in GPF account of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2As the said representation dated 11.11.2011 has not been till dateconsidered, he has come to this Court.

Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner is limited togive a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriateorders on the pending representation dated 11.11.2011, on the file ofthe respondent, the Director of Public Health and PreventiveMedicine, Chennai, this Court without expressing any opinion on themerits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider thepetitioner's representation dated 11.11.2011 and pass appropriateorders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of fiveweeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
