The present Writ Petition relates thereto.2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be acted upon and that all necessary measures would be taken within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the land.
