By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The petitioner has made a representation on 20.01.2010 for payment of compensation consequent to Inam settlement proceedings. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. 5. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the officers will consider the representation based on the records for which all reasonable steps have been taken tore dress the grievance of the petitioner. 6. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to take up the case of the petitioner with regard to thepetitioner's claim and dispose the same on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of acopy of this order. 7. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No Costs.
