Today, the detenue was produced before us and the sixth respondent also appeared in person. We enquired the detenue and she categorically stated that she married the sixth respondent and their marriage was also registered and they are living as husband and wife. She further stated that she is not under illegal custody of anyone and on her own accord, she left her parents. She also expressed her unwillingness to go with the petitioner. 4. The statement of the detenue reveals that she is not under illegal confinement of anyone much less the sixth respondent. In view of the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition. As thedetenue is a major recording her statement that she is not willing to gowith the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
