Public Prosecutor for R1 and R2ORDER(Order of the Court was made by ARUNA JAGADEESAN, J.)This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first and second respondents produce his wife by name Viji, aged 27 years and son by name Prabhu Sankar, aged 1 ½ years, before this Court and set them at liberty. 2. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue-Viji. They have amale child by name Prabhu Sankar, aged 1 ½ years. The petitioner has filed this HCP on the ground that the detenu-Viji left the house along with the child and did not return home and that he did not get any good response from the second and third respondent-Police on his complaint dated 11.05.2011. 3. Today, the detenue-Viji along with the child-Prabhu Sankarappeared in person before us. When we enquired, the detenue-Viji stated that she left the house on her own accord since she was harassed by herhusband/the petitioner herein. She also stated that she is not under the illegal custody of any one and that now she is willing to go along withher husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The detenue is a major and she has expressed her willingness togo along with the petitioner/her husband. Therefore, recording the statement of the detenue-Viji, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
