O R D E R The petitioner approaches this court with a prayer to direct the respondents for providing adequate Police protection to the petitioner and his family members from gruesome hands of the accused persons R.Balan, Pitchaimani, Jeyakumar and their henchmen by considering the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 01.07.2011.2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a complaint to the respondents on 01.07.2011,but no order has been passed. Hence, he filed this petition. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is constrained to pass a direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
