Hence, thepetitioner filed this petition .

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel forthe petitioner, this court is constrained to pass a direction to thepetitioner to give one more copy of representation dated 10.02.2011,to the second respondent herein and in such event the secondrespondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriateorders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of oneweek from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation, and ifnecessary give a police protection in accordance with law. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petitionis disposed of.
