The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of complaint given by her the case has been registered on15.05.2009 under Sections 279,337 IPC altered into Section 304(A) IPC in Crime No.77 of 2009. But the second respondent police has not shown any interest to investigate and file charge sheet. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) seeks two months time for filing final report.

Considering the rival submissions, since the case has been registered on 15.05.2009, under the provisions of Sections 279,337 IPC altered into Section 304(A) IPC in Crime No.77 of 2009, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent police herein to expedite the investigation as expeditiously as possible and to file charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
