O R D E RThis petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2ndrespondent police not to harass the petitioner.2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)that a complaint was given by one Baskaran stating that his minordaughter was kidnapped by the son of the petitioner and in connectionwith that the petitioner was called for enquiry. The petitioner promisedto produce his son within two days and later did not produce. He furthersubmitted that the second respondent police did not ask the petitioner tocome to the police station daily and only for the purpose of enquiry, hewas asked to come to the police station only once.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that every daythe petitioner was asked to come to the police station for enquiry.
According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side),the respondent police cannot harass the petitioner by asking him to cometo the police station daily. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that only once, the petitioner was asked to come tothe police station to enquire into the allegations made in the complaintgiven by one Baskaran and thereafter, the petitioner was not summoned topolice station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
