O R D E RThis petition is filed seeking for a direction to transfer theinvestigation in Crime No.2560 of 2010 from the third respondent to thefourth respondent. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner thathis daughter was employed in the police and she would not have committedsuicide and he apprehends that her husband and his brothers and otherrelatives would have murdered her and made it appear that she hadcommitted suicide. He further submitted that the third respondent policeis not conducting proper enquiry and investigation has been changedbefore the fourth respondent.3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that asper the medical opinion, the deceased committed suicide and it is not acase of murder and they have sent the suicidal note for expert's opinionand after getting opinion further action will be taken.4.
