ORDER :
The Court Made the following order :-Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police forthe alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 and307 of the Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.68 of 2011 on the file ofthe respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with thepresent petition for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Codeof Criminal Procedure.
This Court heard the submissions made by the learned counselappearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thepetitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicatedin this case.
The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submitthat the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and alsoconsidering the fact that the injured has been discharged from thehospital this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to thepetitioner with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
