The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishableunder Sections 294B, 326 and 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.312 of 2011 on thefile of the respondent police, move this Petition seeking direction tothe 2nd respondent to incorporate Section 307 of IPC and Section 3(1)(x)of the SC/ST Act in the FIR registered in Cr.No. 312/2011 on the file ofthe Lalgudi Police Station in addition to Sections 294(b) 326 and 506(i)of the IPC and thus render justice.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit thatthe charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file before thejurisdictional Magistrate and four witnesses have been examined.
