ORDER :

The Court Made the following order :-The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondentpolice for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and506(ii) IPC and seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that onlypetition enquiry is pending against the petitioners on the basis of thecomplaint preferred by one S.R.Packialakshmi.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted thatthe petitioners were frequently called for interrogation by therespondent police and as such they are having apprehension of arrest.

It is seen that only petition enquiry is pending against thepetitioners on the basis of the complaint preferred by oneS.R.Packialakshmi. Considering the facts and circumstances of the caseand in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for thepetitioners that the petitioners are having apprehension of arrest asthey have been called for interrogation by the respondent policefrequently, this Court is constrained to grant the relief of anticipatorybail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bailin the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learnedJudicial Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on each of them executinga bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learnedMagistrate or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the policeofficer who intends to arrest and on further condition that thepetitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the respondent police every dayat 5.30 p.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter they shall beavailable for interrogation as and when required and the petitioners 3and 4 being ladies, they shall be available for interrogation as and whenrequired. sd/- 19/12/2011 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
