The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint of this petitioner was not taken on file and therefore he filed a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and it was forwarded under Section 156(3) CrPC to the respondent police. The respondent police conducted investigation and closed it as mistake of fact. The petitioner filed a protest petition, wherein further investigation was ordered on 13.12.2022. Despite the same, the respondent police have not conducted further investigation on his complaint.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) on instructions submits that as per the orders further investigation has been conducted and it has been closed as no criminal offence is made out.
