This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing thepetition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments ofM/s V.Vilma Rexy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 , this Court madethe following order: This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on thepetitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14738 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.609 of 2023 dated17.08.2023.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for therespondent submitted that investigation has been completed and chargesheet has been filed before the Mahila Court, Karur and the same was also taken onfile in S.C.No.12 of 2013, which was posted on 06.09.2025 for fixing trial. He furthersubmitted that the petitioner / appellant has been complying the condition for acontinuous period of 91 days. It is also reported that the petitioner has beenappearing before the trial Court on each and every hearing, without fail 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP(MD). No.9700 of 20253. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularlyand also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in supportof this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be relaxed4. Accordingly, the condition No.4 already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14738 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.609 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023 ishereby relaxed.
