The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner claims rights over the property based on the registered Document No. 43 of 1953. It is further stated that the petitioner’s father died on 13.02.1992 and the petitioner’s mother died on 04.07.1990, leaving behind six legal heirs, namely four females and two males.
