Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The property comprised in Survey No.12/10 situated at Vijayakarisalkulam Village, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District belonging to one Ganapathi Thevar. He along with his sons jointly sold the property in favour of the one Sumathiammal by the registered sale deed vide Doc.No.1242 of 1984, in turn, she along with her family members had executed the power of ____________Page 2 of 10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.(MD) No.267 of 2025attorney in favour of one Srinivasan to deal with the property. On the strength of the power agent, the said Srinivasan sold the said property to one Angala Eswari Educational Trust, Sivakasi. The said Trust appointed one Krishnakumar as their power agent on 21.04.2023. The said Krishnakumar sold the property in favour of the petitioner vide document No.4207/2023. In turn, the petitioner sold the said property in favour of one N.P.M.Marudhupandian through sale deed vide Doc.No.4371/2023 and to one Manikandan through sale deed vide Doc.No.4372/2023. After purchase, the said Manikandan sub-divided the said property in S.No.12/10B and sold out in favour of one Subburaj vide Document No.13652/24. Accordingly, pattas were also issued in favour of the purchasers in respect of the subject property. While being so, the third respondent filed W.P(MD)No.31287 of 2023 before this Court and the same was dismissed as not maintainable by the order, dated 09.09.2024. Even after dismissal of the writ petition, the third respondent through his counsel Mr.N.Saravanan, Advocate, submitted a representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Virudhunagar seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of the purchasers of the subject property. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. On receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, F1 Police Station, High Court, Madurai City on 10.11.2025, on the basis of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court. On receipt of the said complaint, the Inspector of Police, F1 Police Station conducted a detailed enquiry. On receipt of the summons from the F1 Police Station, High Court, Madurai, the third respondent appeared before the Inspector of Police, F1 Police Station and made a statement that he did not aware of the representation submitted by his counsel dated 10.03.2025 before the Revenu Divisional Officer, Virudhunagar seeking cancellation of patta. He did not fabricate any of the Court order in W.P(MD)No.31287 of 2023, dated 09.09.2024. He did not even aware of the order passed by this Court. He was simply informed that the writ petition was dismissed. Thereafter, his counsel Mr.N.Saravanan on his own, fabricated two pages of the order and annexed with two page of the order submitted the representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Virudhunagar seeking cancellation of patta in respect of the subject property. After recording the said statement, the Inspector of Police, F1 Police Station, High Court, Madurai submitted a report before the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said Advocate Mr.N.Saravanan is no more and he died on 13.09.2025. 5. On perusal of the communication from the Tahsildar, Vembakottai, dated 13.12.2025 revealed that the application submitted by the Advocate ____________Page 7 of 10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.(MD) No.267 of 2025N.Saravanan seeking cancellation of patta in respect of the subject property is pending for enquiry. On the basis of the above report submitted by the Inspector of Police, F1 Police Station, High Court, Madurai, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Virudhunagar is directed to reject the application submitted by the Advocate Mr.N.Saravanan, dated 10.03.2025 forthwith. 6. It is also made clear that if the third respondent indulged in any illegal activity on the strength of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.31287 of 2023, dated 09.09.2024, the Inspector of Police, F1 Police Station, High Court, Madurai is directed to take appropriate action as against the third respondent in accordance with law.
