Notice was ordered by this Court in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition on 01.06.2026.3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 4.
