Therefore, this Writ Petition has been converted as Suo Motu Writ Petition for the purpose of disposal of the same.2. With reference to the grievances set out by the petitioner in the Writ Petition, the Joint Director (Scholarship), Directorate of Tribal Welfare, Chennai filed a status report stating that the grievances are already addressed and funds are sanctioned for the purpose of providing infrastructure facilities and for upgradation of tribal schools. The details are set out in paragraph 4 of the status report, which reads as under:“4.
