The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, relying on the counter affidavit filed by the fifth respondent/Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Tirunelveli, would submit that the Tasdik allowance had already been settled in favour of the temples. The details regarding payment are narrated in paragraphs 4 to 8, which reads as under:It is submitted that the above writ petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2019. In this connection it is submitted that among the above said temples, the following amounts were directly credited into the accounts of the following temples. Along with the amounts due to the following temples, the amounts due to the sub temple/Kattalai/Mandagapadi/Maniyam attached to the following temples were also credited into the accounts of the concerned temples.(a) Arulmigu Kasinathaswamy Temple received its part of Beritz allowance for a period of Fasili 1417-1425 according to the below said four kinds of heading. They are(i) In the name of Arulmigu Kasinathasamy Kovil Rs.3,28,982.40.(ii) In the name of Arulmigu Thirumoolanathasamy Kovil (Which comes under the sub temple of Arulmigu Kasinathasamy Page 4 of 9 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD).No.2079 of 2019Kovil) - Rs.46,764.00.(iii) In the name of Arulmigu Kasinathasamy devasahayam dharmathayam - Rs.4,582.80/-(iv) In the name of Arulmigu Thirumoolanathasamy Group Temple (Which comes under the sub-temple of Arulmigu Kasinathasamy Kovil) – Rs.37,702.80/-.So totally an amount of Rs.4,18,032/- was credited directly into the account of Arulmigu Kasinathasamy Temple on 28.11.2019.(b) Arulmigu Rajagopala Kulasekara Alwar Thirukoil, Mannarkoil received its part of Beritz allowance for a period of Fasili 1417-1425 according to the below said six kinds of heading. They are(i) In the name of Mannarkovil Arulmigu Alwar Temple Rajagopalakulasekara Rs.70,216.20.(ii) In the name of Arulmigu Kulasekara Alwar kovil Group Temple Rs.58,035.60.(iii) In the name of Arulmigu Kulasekara Alwar kovil Pitchai Kattalai Rs. 19,148.40.(iv) In the name of Arulmigu Kulasekara Alwar kovil Chithirai Thirunaal Mandagappadi Rs.12,981.60. (v) In the name of Arulmigu Kulasekara Alwar oor Maniayam Rs.5,558.40.(vi) In the name of Arulmigu Kulasekara Alwar Nanthavanam Rs. 2,361.60.So totally an amount of Rs.1,68,301.80/- was credited directly into the account of the Arulmigu Rajagopalakulasekara Alwar Temple on 28.11.2019.Page 5 of 9 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD).No.2079 of 2019(c) Arulmigu Moonreeswaramudaiyar Thirukoil, Athalanallur received its part of Tasdik allowance of Rs.47,190/- and a sum of Rs.36,093/- was credited directly into the account of the Temple on 24.07.2019 & 29.11.2019 respectively.6. It is further submitted the Executive Officers of Arulmigu Narasingaperumal Temple, Pallakkal, Arulmigu Naarumbunatha Swamy Thirukoil, Thirupudaimarudur, Arulmigu Gajendravaradar Thirukoil, Atthalanallur, have submitted their rectified demand request to the Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Tirunelveli for payment of Tasdik allowance due to their temple has been verified with the connected temple records and bank accounts for sanction of the amounts to the said temples the report has been forwarded to Commissioner HR & CE Department, Chennai on 02.09.2021 and also been forwarded on 24.06.2025 by Assistant Commissioner, H.R & C.E Department, Tirunelveli.7. For the foregoing submissions, it is submitted that, necessary follow up action have been taken by this Respondent Department and above mentioned amounts were received by the temples as detailed supra. Further necessary follow up action were taken by the Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Tirunelveli in respect of remaining three temples.”3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the amount in entirety is yet to be settled.4. If there is any calculation error or pending dues, the petitioner is at liberty to submit further representation to the authorities.5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
