A copy of the said judgment is produced before this Court and taken on record. 4.The learned counsel further submits that in pursuance to the impugned order dated 30.03.2022 passed by the 1st Respondent, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 12.04.2022 to the 1st Respondent to settle their claim; as no action was taken thereon, the present writ petition has been filed.5.Mr.John Rajadurai, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, submits that he needs to verify the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench dated 01.04.2025 in W.A.Nos.898 of 2021 etc. batch. The Respondents may then be directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the fresh representation filed by the Petitioners within the time frame fixed by this Court.6.Mr.T.Aswin Rajasimman, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, agreed to the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents and submits that the Petitioners are willing to file fresh representations before the Respondents.
