A copy of the said judgment is produced before this Court and taken on record. 4.The learned counsel further submits that in pursuance to the impugned order dated 30.03.2022 passed by the 1st Respondent, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 12.04.2022 to the 1st Respondent to settle their claim; as no action was taken thereon, the present writ petition has been filed.5.Mr.John Rajadurai, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, submits that he needs to verify the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench dated 01.04.2025 in W.A.Nos.898 of 2021 etc. batch. If the present case is squarely covered by the judgment cited supra, the Petitioners may be permitted to file fresh representation before the 6/10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.9658 of 2022Respondents, outlining their grievances by annexing the copy of the earlier representation dated 12.04.2022 and the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 01.04.2025 in W.A.Nos.898 of 2021 etc. batch, within the time frame fixed by this Court. The Respondents may then be directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the fresh representation filed by the Petitioners within the time frame fixed by this Court.6.Mr.T.Aswin Rajasimman, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, agreed to the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents and submits that the Petitioners are willing to file fresh representations before the Respondents. It is prayed that this Court may direct the 1st Respondent to decide the representations by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a stipulated timeframe.7.After considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both parties and perusing the records and averments made in the Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate that no useful purpose will be served in keeping this Writ Petition pending before this Court. 7/10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.9658 of 20228.Accordingly, the Petitioners are directed to file fresh representation before the 1st Respondent/The Registrar (I/C), Anna University, Sardarpatel Road, Guindy, Chennai – 600 025, detailing their claim and grievances, annexing therewith a certified copy of this order and copy of their earlier representation dated 12.04.2022 along with the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 01.04.2025 in W.A.Nos.898 of 2021 etc. batch, within a period of ten days from today. If any such representation is filed by the Petitioners before the 1st Respondent as per the time stipulated by this Court, the 1st Respondent/The Registrar (I/C), Anna University, Sardarpatel Road, Guindy, Chennai – 600 025, is directed to consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the Petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
